Yes. The most straight-forward possibility would be to create glue code
for those driver frameworks, to embed them in GNU Mach. That's, for
example, how it is done for our current NIC support: glue code for Linux
2.0 drivers.
Maybe it would be enough to update the current glue code to get wireless
cards working (apart from firmware loading issues)? I don't know enough
about how they are handled in GNU/Linux or *BSD to give a definitive
answer.
