What would happen if a user configures with --enable-ide? Would that
mean it only enables ide, or would it be a no-op (or be removed?)
The problem I see is with potential IRQ sharing issues we still have.
AIUI, recompiling gnumach with minimal drivers might resolve those
issues in specific cases.
