Indeed GNU Hurd has been accepted.  All credit is due to Olaf
Buddenhagen, who wrote up the application, project proposals, etc. and
handed this stuff in to Google during the last two weeks, while I was
completely MIA!

Nevertheless I again applied to also be a GNU project mentor again (if
