Hello!
On zenhost (GNU/Linux system, Xen dom0) there are (finally...) two domUs
running, GNU/Hurd ones.
Internally-invoked (from the domUs) internet traffic is no problem
(apt-get and friends work just fine).
Incoming connections to the SSH ports do not get through, though. Even
if trying to connect directly from zenhost itself. And this in a very
strange way:
tschwinge@zenhost:~ $ nc 192.168.10.62 22
SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_5.1p1 Debian-2
Good so far. But:
tschwinge@zenhost:~ $ ssh 192.168.10.62
Connection closed by 192.168.10.62
And now for the really strange thing: sshing from one of the domUs to the
respectively other one DOES work again, without any problem! Also, from
one of the other machines in the ethernet network, I can connect to the
two domUs. But not from zenhost/the dom0 itself. Is this some Xen
networking oddity? (But why can nc connect?)
Unfortunately I have to leave right now, so I can't investigate further.
Perhaps Samuel knows the obvious?
Regards,
Thomas
