I'm sorry to play copyright monkey here.
I don't really like the way copyright is being used most times and the
problems it brings (I much prefer openness - and above that free licensing),
but sadly not keeping with copyright restrictions can get you into real
problems when you work in the open, and I don't want anyone to walk into that
trap.
You might want to look at freenet.sf.net, though ;)
