In the xdm case you do not need to invoke it "in" the console. You can
just start it, and all the X server needs is opening /dev/kbd and
/dev/mouse, so that'll work.

but it doesnt

i have the line with console invocation
then i have /usr/bin/xdm

but nothing happens... but after i log in and run xdm manually it works
