I have pushed debian packagings for gopherfs, netio, and tarfs to
pkg-hurd, and uploaded them to debian-ports.
I guess some other packages in the incubator deserve packaging?

I think I have already said that yes, that's fine (particularly with git
for which the actual places don't matter).
