* include/mach/message.h: Define MACH_MSG_TYPE_PROTECTED_PAYLOAD.
(MACH_MSG_TYPE_LAST): Adjust accordingly.
* doc/mach.texi (Message Format): Document
MACH_MSG_TYPE_PROTECTED_PAYLOAD.
