They probably don't know about our liblwip package, I missed their
mail asking whether somebody's using the library example. I'll raise
the thread again and try to recover the library.

It depends on lwipopts.h b/c the <poll.h> include is only needed if
LWIP_POLL is defined in lwipopts.h, but yes, that #include shouldn't
be there, I think I should move it somewhere else.
