But seriously, I tried to install Hurd on 4 laptops and never succeeded.
Symptoms include:
-black screen no boot from CD (early model of Sony Vaio)
-stuck at the beginning of text installer (early Thinkpad T30)
-no boot from install CD (can't find partitions or sth, Thinkpad X220 - but
that was 64 so allright I guess)
I think I'll choose one of the above and retry with the new release, who
knows...
