Thank you for the offer. Without my even needing to ask, the Translation 
Project have been producing translations, and now have produced about 20 
translations for indent, including a French one. Therefore someone has beaten 
you to it!

If you are interested in performing such translations I can best suggest that 
you contact the Translation project. I think that this is their mail address: 
address@hidden, but check on the http://www.gnu.org site too.
