Follow-up Comment #4, bug #36917 (project kawa): I can't reproduce the problem in comment #3. I tried: java -Xmx50m kawa.repl sva36917b.scm with this sva36917b.scm: (define-variable n 1) (let ((lambda '(lambda (x1) (lambda (x2) (+ x1 42))))) (let loop ((i 0)) (when (= (mod i 1000) 0) (format #t "~d: ~:d\n" i ((java.lang.Runtime:getRuntime):totalMemory)) (force-output)) (eval lambda) (if (< i 100000) (loop (+ i 1))))) (format #t "Done ~d.~%" n) and it worked fine. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?36917> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
