[bug-mailutils] Build failure with latest snapshots

I've uploaded a recent snapshot to Debian, which still had 0.6.90, and
it's had a few hiccups on arm, s390, alpha and ia64.

The arm failure is tricky for me, any hint on this?

checking size of off_t... configure: error: cannot compute sizeof (off_t), 77

I don't have config.log for this, I'd have to request it from buildd
admins.

alpha, ia64 and s390 fail with:

(size_t vs unsigned int) 

The rest seem to do well, and don't ask me why, my random testsuite
failures are gone, apparently. Maybe that's because I'm building on an
ext3 partition, though.
