Hi,
I'm using movemail 3.11 (latest in debian unstable) and trying to fetch
mail from imap and delivering it to a local maildir. As long as I don't
use --uidl, things work fine, but if i invoke something like:
movemail --uidl --keep-messages imaps://mail.sever maildir:///home/user/mbox
the answer is always (i've tried various combinations, and also mboxes):
movemail: mailbox `maildir:///home/jao/mbox': cannot get UIDLs: Requested
item not found
and no mail is downloaded.
(The imap server is not gmail, btw, but a provider that, i /think/, is
using dovecot in their servers).
Is that because --uidl is not supported for maildir destinations?
Thanks for mailutils, and kudos: it's truly amazing the amount of
functionality it covers.
Cheers,
jao
