Sure, no problem.  I've pushed ARM linker support files to mes master
as commit 65013db5941bd608e109269159de8f1db09048bb.

Not really.  There could have been a search path for linker files and some
constants being defined somehow by a preprocessor, but that isn't really
nice either.

I guess an eventual security reviewer can use diff like I did.
