The commit message is prettry clear?  It's for tcc riscv64 (it only
knows a simplified assembly).  Do you know how this broke your build,
I believe Andrius even built tcc for x86?

Making it optional is always an option, but maybe there a patch in the
bootstrappable tcc mes-0.25 branch that caters for this?

Also strange this pops up, but this makes sense.  Pathes for both of
these may warrant a 0.25.1.
