The mit-scheme page at 

https://www.gnu.org/software/mit-scheme/liarc-build.html

has a link to the portable C source archive mit-scheme-11.2-c.tar.gz. That link 
is broken as the mit-scheme-11.2-c.tar.gz archive is not on the ftp site in 
that location now.

The latest portable c version that appears to be available is at

https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/mit-scheme/stable.pkg/9.2/mit-scheme-c-9.2.tar.gz
