        + add example program test/keyok.c for keyok().
        + add example program test/ins_wide.c for wins_wch() and wins_wstr().
        + modify wins_wch() and wins_wstr() to interpret tabs by using the
          winsch() internal function.
        + modify setcchar() to allow for wchar_t input strings that have
          more than one spacing character.
