ncurses patch to allow building 5.6 on Haiku

Here's a patch that allows building ncurses on Haiku:

There is a link at the bottom of the page to allow for downloading of
the "original format" file.  Diff was created using -urN, if you need
it in a different format just let me know.
The patch and fresh config.guess / config.sub files from gnulib will
then allow building of ncruses with a simple:
./configure --prefix=/boot/common
make, make install
