probably not.
The page I pointed to does in fact answer his question.
From his response, it's apparent that he didn't read past the first
paragraph or so.
I create those informational pages because it reduces the amount
of time that I have to spend answering things. If someone wants
to discuss the topic, it's more productive to read the suggested page.
