Hi all,

It's finally here :-)

Which means it's a good time to start looking for bugs :p

Changes (since 1.4.0-pre9):
* merged in changes from 1.2.13
* added ./configure --enable-all-static
* mac_partition_new() now sets the name to "untitled".
* added an assertion, that the disk has the PED_DISK_TYPE_EXTENDED feature,
for extended partitions, in ped_partition_new()
