New GUI for parted

Hi there,

I've started working on a new GUI for parted (aimed mainly at
KDE and Qt/Embedded). It's read-only right now but it's already
looking quite nice, you can see some screenshots at
http://www.ipso-facto.demon.co.uk/kparted/kparted.html
I hope to release version 0.1 in the next day or two.

I've a few questions about some areas of libparted though, is
this the right place to ask them? I have also made an HTML
version of the API docs if anyone is interested.
