Hi all,

Changes:
* fixed fat_get_resize_constraint().  It didn't take into account that
the space gained by shrinking the file allocation tables wouldn't
be available until after the resize is complete.
* Parted now checks if the constraint solver's solution is a long way
from what the user asks, and asks the user if the solution is
acceptable.
* ext2 resizer fix for the Hurd version of ext2
* other minor fixes + translation updates
