Hi all,

I hope this is it for 1.4.19.  Ext3 resize support is something I have
been putting off for too long ;)

Changes:
* libparted/fs_ext2/ext2_fs.h: added journaling entries to the super block,
and access macros
* libparted/fs_ext2/ext2.h (struct ext2_fs): has_internal_journal
* libparted/fs_ext2/interface.c (_ext3_ops): we now support ext3 resizing
* libparted/fs_ext2/ext2_inode_relocator.c (doscan): add an inode reference
from the superblock to the journal inode (if there is one)
