ext4 detected as ext3

ext4 partitions are detected as ext3 even after it's
mounted with `-o extents` and blkid says it's ext4.
This could create problems because it could be
confusing to users. It's also very possible a
partition could be deleted by a user on accident
because it's detected incorrectly.
