I have added a new program called "merln".

This is the central repository of all data for Radar. All functions
are currently stubbed out, but all the CORBA logic seems right.

The next step is going to be to hook scope up to feed the data into
merln. After that it can be queried, and the documentation writer can
be started. I've already got the basic Docbook format down for
network documentation.

So what should the report writer be called? Anyone know what the
radio clerk's called?

There is *no way* users will understand the distinction unless they
become proficient X programmers, or crack-smoking window manager
authors. But that's redundant :)
