I'm trying to use recutils release 1.7 on Xubuntu 16.04, but I'm
hampered by recfix core dumping due to:
recfix crashed with SIGSEGV in rec_fex_size()
When this happens, a temporary file such as recint-Rlynag is left in the
same directory as the input file and this temporary file is an exact
copy of the input file.
The attached file is one of the files that causes recfix to crash. This
file contains no records. It only contains record descriptors.
I tried adding a record to this test file, but that did not help.
I hope you can help me by eliminating the crash or by telling me how to
avoid the crash. I'm probably doing something illegal that is causing
the crash.
I didn't manage to reproduce the issue locally.
Could you please send me a core file, so I can debug it?
Thanks!
