Patch: add rec.pc file

Hi all,

I did not find any *.pc file for librecutils, hence, I made a patch

that generates a rec.pc file with Automake. It is not necessary but a

lot of Gnu libraries have a *.pc file, I thought it would be helpful

to have one. Let me know what you think.

As a side note, is there a manual documenting librec? I did not find

any documentation about it in the recutils manual.
