Incorporated on the 16th January 1985 under the name of auto Elegance Sdn Bhd.In 1993, 16th September.
A memorandum of understanding between Proton Berhad was signed to create a company with its principal
activity to assemble and sell motor vehicle as well as related spare parts and accessorires.4th November.
Proton Berhad and deversified Resources Berhad (DRB) based on the establised MOU.Consequently,the
name,Auto Elegance was changed to Usahasama Proton DRB Sdn Bhd (USPD). In 1994, 2nd June Proton
Bhd,DRB and Erat Bakti Ddn Bhd agreed and signed the joint venture agreement (JVA). 25th November.
Launch of Proton Satria by Dao' Seri Mahathir Mohamed at Outra world,Kuala Lumpur.This model was

CREDITS...ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS COMPULSORY.IF AVAILABLE, OTHER CERTIFICATES AS DIPLOMA
AND DEGREE INCLUDING ITS PROGRAM CERTIFICATES SHOULD ALSO BE SENT TO US VIA EMAIL
AS A SCANNED ATTACHMENT.NOTE: RECRUITMENT OF WORKERS IS BASED ON THE PROMISE
THAT ALL CERTIFICATES MUST BE ORIGINAL AND DULY CERTIFIED.APPROVED APPLICANT
MUST PRESENT SIX(4) COPIES OF PASSPORTS PHOTOGRAPH ALONGSIDE WITH A THREE(3) YEAR

DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA. VISAS WOULD BE GIVEN ON ARRIVAL ACCORDINGLY.

A COPY OF A CLEAR MEDICAL REPORT NOT LESS THAN THREE VALID MONTHS IS EXPECTED OF

TERMS OF WORKING.

APPLICANTS ARE TO SIGN A MINIMUM OF ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT WITH PROTON EDAR SDN BHD.

PROTON EDAR SDN BHD WILL TAKE CARE OF AIR TICKET, ACCOMODATIONS, FEEDING, INSURANCE
AND MEDICAL EXPENCES OF EACH APPROVED APPLICANT.WORKERS ARE ENTITLED TO A MINIMUM
OF $3,000.00 USD SALARY DEPENDING ON QUALIFICATIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS OF THE
DEPARTMENTAL HEADS.
