More of a limitation really. help2man leaves left-justified paragraphs
alone and will only do the .TP magic with certain indented paragraphs
(specifically those which contain a gap of two spaces to seperate the tag
from the description).

I note that this has been fixed in the Debian package (see Bug#95816:
http://bugs.debian.org/95816) by slightly changing the --help output of
stty.
For reference the --help output and manpage from Debian's shellutils
package is appended.
