[Bug-sysutils] mkuser and GECOS

Hey folks (is anyone actually on this list besides me, David, and Jeff? 
:-) )

As David suggested, mkuser was not dealing with gecos information either 
with gecos=  or the fname=, room=, etc attributes.  Here is a diff that 
seems to correct it.  I tested it on my Hurd box and it seems to work fine.
