[Bug-tar] Does not print directories

I'm not sure when it started, probably in 1.15 version, but now when you ask 
for just list the contents of an archive in verbose mode it does not print:

d<perm mask> <owner/group> .*

just the regular files.

Don't think it is a good think because I could inspect what directories were 
inside any archive just with:

tar -tvf <archive> | grep -E "^d.*"
