[Bug-tar] tar 1.15.1 - [serious] issue with sparse files

Hi,

I've had a serious issue when backing up large sparse files with tar
1.15.1.

All files >=4GB will get truncated badly.

I've posted the details, and a test script, on Gentoo linux public
