This is probably a good time to repost my latest diff against CVS for
ACL, SELinux context and user xattr support.
 Note:

. There aren't any automated tests included, but it is a simple
application of the patches we've done for 1.15 and 1.16 versions we've
shipped.

. User xattr support is possibly the most contentious part as that
follows the same format used by STAR, which uses SCHILY.xattr.user.<key>
etc. for the xhdr name ... this is completely broken for keys with an
'=' in them (bsdtar uses a different format, which doesn't have this
problem -- but I didn't know about that until fairly recently).

. Also note that SELinux context is stored under the
"RHT.security.selinux" xhdr, as that uses *getfilecon()/*setfilecon()
instead of assuming the data in the xattrs is good. This is not
compatible with anything else, but is correct.

. Due to the fact that SELinux and ACLs are the only xattrs outside
user/trusted and both require special processing this patch ignores
everything outside those namespaces on create/extract (so if any future
features used xattrs, and didn't require special processing it wouldn't
"just work").

 So here goes:
