Paxutils in its current state is a module (convenience library) for
tar and cpio. In itself, it does not provide any binaries. Recent
versions of the corresponding utilities are:
tar: 1.29

cpio: 2.12
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/cpio/cpio-2.12.tar.gz
