Comments on HTML GNU Tar Manual

Hi Team,

No bugs here, just a quick observation regarding the HTML manual.It seems that there are still editorial comments/discussion points amongst the text. Not sure if they're meant to be there or not.

The instances I came across are all prefixed with 'See'. Examples were on these pages:

Let me know if you want me to report any similar occurrences should I come across them, no hardship for me as I plan to be reading a bit of it anyway.
