complex commands in simple commands

Hi,

Complex formats (like @multitable, @example..) in simple commands (like @b,
@code or @samp) don't work everytime as expected.

In html,

- @b is handled correctly in most cases, except that it isn't applied
to the multitable cells.

- @samp is applied to the whole block of text, thus leading to invalid html.

- @code is only applied to the first element of text before any complex
command.

In dvi there is a error message for a lot (all) of constructs, but there is
some output anyway. However none of the styles is applied.

You can try with the attached texinfo manual.
