This is a false positive, sorry for that! It is caused by the fact that
the Debian build system tries to "upgrade" files relevant for building
packages. The relevant files would be:
dpkg-source: info: local changes detected, the modified files are:
texinfo_orig/doc/stamp-1
texinfo_orig/doc/stamp-2
texinfo_orig/doc/stamp-vti
texinfo_orig/doc/version-stnd.texi
texinfo_orig/doc/version-texi2any_api.texi
texinfo_orig/doc/version.texi
texinfo_orig/man/makeinfo.1
texinfo_orig/man/texindex.1
texinfo_orig/po_document/ca.po
texinfo_orig/tp/Texinfo/XS/TestXS.c
Not sure how many of these files are generated and do not need to be
part of the original tar ball.
