Hello,
I have finished the addition of information on HTML customization
hopefully more pedagogical and useful.
For CSS, I added the explanation of the customization variables effect
directly in the 'HTML CSS' node. For the other new nodes, there is a
new subsection of 'Generating HTML' called 'HTML Output Advanced
Customization'.
On the overall organization of the manual, I would propose two
additional changes:
* move 'MathJax Customization Variables', 'latex2html Customization
Variables' and 'tex4ht Customization Variables' out of 'Customization
Variables' to the new node 'HTML Customization for Math', which is
itself in 'HTML Output Advanced Customization'. That would make those
nodes subsubsections instead of subsections.
* Move the 'HTML Customization Variables List' node to an appendix.
The new nodes and changes in the manual need to be proofread.
