Sorry, your version of Wget is very outdated and we can't support it any more.

Could you check your version and the SSL/TLS library you linked with ?

Wget command hangs and never exit to command propmt while downloading the file. 
It works when the URL is http and doesn't work when the URL is HTTPS. Please
