Hi Tim/Darshit,

I'm testing Wget2 on Ubuntu 20.04 x86_64 fully patched. I'm catching

I may be missing a prereq, but I think I have all of them. In
particular, I have libpsl.so.5.3.3 installed.

Any thoughts?

Should be fixed now (in master).
Some autoconf / gnulib transition.
