I'm committing the attached patch to add Atheesh's type
checker service with some amendments.

        Ignore generated services.jar.
        * lib/Makefile.am:
        Added build of services.jar and conditional mkdir.
        * src/nongnu/cashews/services/TypeChecker.java:
        Cleaned up documentation.
        (callService): Commented out.
        (TEST_ENDPOINT): New constant.

        * src/nongnu/cashews/services/TypeChecker.java:
        New class.
        (main(String[])): Call the service using command-line input.
