Hello!

What's new?

- darc repo (1.87): bitwise ops (`bitwise-ior', ...) accept inexact
integers, provided they
  are in machine-word range (this should help with that annoying
"bitwise-ior" or "+"
  to combine bitflags).
- some bugfixes in csc and chicken-setup [thanks to Peter Bex]

- new eggs:
  ASXT (Neil vamn Dyke's SXML transfomer)
  xlib (originally by Richard Mann, still a bit raw and preliminary (and huge))
  epeg (Peter Bex' wrapper for the world's fastest thumbnail generator, epeg)

- some bugfixes in readline and spiffy eggs
