Hi, Goetz!

I have added support for the environment variable CHICKEN_PREFIX
(available in the current development version), which should handle most
cases. It is consulted in the runtime-system, chicken-setup and csc,
and, together with CHICKEN_REPOSITORY might be enough to do
what you intend.

It probably has still some uncovered corners, but you might want to give
it a try.
