[Chicken-users] delay of chicken 2.4

Hi, all!

I have painstakingly put together a 2.4 release of chicken, only
to find out the chicken-setup is broken (it fails installing programs
on unix and doesn't process required extensions recursively -
both silly little bugs).

So I will do it all over again during this week (building, bootstrapping,
testing, wrapping up binary packages, generating documentation).

Sorry for the delay.

(I hate it when this happens )
