It is currently "hidden" and only accessible via svn (a choice
by Tony Sidaway, the author). You can get it like this:

% svn checkout https://anonymous:@galinha.ucpel.tche.br/svn/chicken-eggs/gtk2
% svn checkout 
https://anonymous:@galinha.ucpel.tche.br/svn/chicken-eggs/gtk2-glade
% svn checkout 
https://anonymous:@galinha.ucpel.tche.br/svn/chicken-eggs/gtk2-gobject

(enter an empty password)

or:

% chicken-setup -svn https://anonymous:@galinha.ucpel.tche.br/svn/chicken-eggs \
 gtk2-gobject gtk2 gtk2-glade
