here is a file.  this file was created by me going through all 11400 or so 
commits in the log by hand.  we really need the autoscripts to log when new
eggs become active.  this is the best i could do, as 'hidden' attribute 
changing isnt listed anywhere that i could see.  anyway!

if someone wants to wikify this, it would be appreciated.  the format for the
qualified eggs is:

SEQUENCENUM:  EGG_NAME  [AUTHOR_NAME*] [YYYYMMDD] [EXTRA]?

the [] braces are literal.
the date is when the directory was first committed into svn, unless i was 
personally aware of when the egg became usable.  AUTHOR_NAME is the name(s)
of the author(s), optionally followed by ", Chicken port by MAINTAINER_NAMES".
EXTRA, if it exists, is a note about the egg.  the only note given is 
UNSUPPORTED, when the egg is listed in the redundant/unsupported section of 
Eggs Unlimited.

eggs that have undergone renaming etc are only listed once, under the current
name.

at the bottom is a list of eggs NOT included in the list, along with the 
reason.

who is going to run the (random-seed) (random 50) script?
