Hmmm, not sure what's up with aes and crypto-tools... ah, it's probably
that I've never tagged a version for them under chicken 4.

I shall fix that!

Ugarit is also not yet tagged - I'm working on some stuff relating to
its dependencies anyway. I'll tag it when that's ready!
