Clucker: A Twitter API egg (Chicken 5 support added)

Hello all,

I have finally updated the clucker egg to support Chicken 5. It also finally has proper documentation complete with a simple working example. The egg provides access to most of Twitter's RESTful and streaming API endpoints (the notable exception being most POST endpoints---I wrote this for data collection primarily).
