Hello Paul,
I don't think it's very suitable - CHICKEN relies on libc and most
of POSIX syscalls being present. Maybe an experienced CHICKEN hacker
might be able to make it work with less stuff, but as a beginner
you're probably better off finding an implementation that requires
less of an OS footprint.
